Return Policy

The return policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents, but is subject to our limited warranty terms.

Due to the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not refund any shipping or delivery fees you paid to receive the product.
Our support team will provide you with a return label to return the product to our warehouse. Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking information. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing may take up to 14 days from the date you picked up the product or the date we received your product. We are not responsible for any bank fees you may incur during the refund process. We are not responsible for delivery or pickup failures or delays due to weather, incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge an additional restocking fee if your product is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows other signs of misuse, and the final decision rests with us.

Accessories purchased online can only be returned and refunded online within 30 days of purchase/receipt.
The following items cannot be returned if they have been worn or used: shoes, water bottles, in-ear headphones.
All tags must be attached to the item, and proof of payment must be included with the return.
All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging.
