Welcome to our services. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and share information to operate, improve, develop, and protect our services, or for other purposes as described in this policy. This includes how we collect and process your personal information, such as when you visit the website, use any products or services (including applications (“Apps”)), or when you interact with us through our call centers, support services (including online chat and email communications), social media channels, artificial intelligence (“AI”) supported experiences and recommendations, studios or retail stores (including our showrooms or franchise stores), and other online and offline services we provide (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to our Services unless otherwise stated (please also see the US State Privacy Notices).

We use technology and design to connect the world through fitness, empowering members to become their best selves. This Privacy Policy is designed to uphold the principle of “members first,” ensuring that members are fully informed about the information collected, used, and shared, and ensuring transparency.
Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using or submitting information through the Services. By using or submitting information through the Services, you agree to our collection, transmission, processing, storage, disclosure, and use of your personal information/data as described in this Privacy Policy.
- What Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us and our services, we may collect your personal information. We collect this personal information from three sources: information you provide, information we collect automatically, and information we collect from other sources. Please see below for specific types of personal information in each category.
1.1 Information You Provide
When you interact with us, you may voluntarily provide personal information, or we may request personal information from you in order for us to provide the services as described. Examples of interactions with us include: visiting our services, opting to receive marketing communications, completing and/or using our registration forms, viewing our content, contacting us with inquiries, responding to our surveys, and purchasing or using our services.
Standard identification information. Name, mailing address (including postal code), billing address (including postal code), email address, date of birth, and telephone number. When you register for services, subscribe to… Marketing information, contact information, or information collected when you register for a test ride. Please note that if you provide your name in your profile, that name will be publicly displayed, and members can search for you by name unless you have enabled the “Hide Search” option in your “Preferences.” If you add a phone number to your profile, that number may be used to recommend you to members who have your phone number saved in their contacts, unless you have enabled the “Hide Contact Sync” option in your “Preferences.”
Purchase information. Details of the services you order, and the shipping information you provide when purchasing any services (including billing address, shipping address, and delivery address). Please note that we do not directly store or collect any credit card information. This information is collected directly by our payment processing partners, but because this information is provided through our website and by you (our customer), we want to inform you about the collection of this information.
Profile information. Information you provide in your profile, such as your username, and any other information you choose to provide to enhance your experience using the services, including your weight, height, gender, approximate location, photos, pictures, tags, images, avatar, and the standard identification information mentioned above. Please note that the information you provide in the name section of your profile, username, tags, location (if added), and profile picture (if added) will always be public.
Contact information. If you choose to sync contacts from your mobile device, we will access, import, and store your contacts’ names, email addresses, and phone numbers to display contacts currently using the service, recommend other contacts we think you may know to build the community, and make it easier for you to invite contacts to join. Geolocation data. Depending on how you use the services, your device type, settings and connection method, and the settings of paired applications, we may collect location-based information, including your IP address, GPS location, city, county/region, postal code, and area, as well as the distance of your smart device from “beacons,” Bluetooth networks, and/or other proximity systems. Paired applications refer to third-party applications that you link your account to, such as Garmin®, Fitbit®, Apple®, Strava®, Facebook®, and Spotify®. And similar applications.
You can choose whether to allow us to collect your precise location information through the location and Bluetooth settings on your device, but this may affect your use of certain location-dependent services (such as our outdoor route tracking feature). We can only obtain your precise location when you choose to allow your mobile device to send us precise location information. You can manage location data from the paired application through the settings of that application.
Running routes. We only collect this information when you allow us to track and display your running routes. See “Outdoor Route Tracking” below for more information.
Physiological characteristics. We collect some physiological characteristics related to our services; for example, some services record your physical activity to provide feedback on your exercise posture. Physiological characteristics are not used to identify you. Depending on the privacy regulations in your jurisdiction, some of these physiological characteristics may fall within the definition of biometric information (see Biometric Privacy Policy).
Your image or likeness. If you visit our studios and/or showrooms, or participate in live classes, we will use your image or likeness (e.g., photos, videos, and/or CCTV footage). In addition, fitness equipment and applications may include cameras, microphones, and voice control features. These features are not used for identification purposes. No. These features are only used when you activate them, for example, for using guides and cross-training series, taking user profile photos, and for applications, and operate according to the settings on your device.
Voice. We may use your voice to activate services and execute training instructions in voice-controlled training sessions. If you choose to enable this feature, voice data may be used to improve our ability to understand your voice commands when using guides and cross-training series. This data will not be used for identification and will not be stored.
Workout characteristics. Information you provide while using our services to track your performance and record your progress, such as gender, height, weight, heart rate (if provided through a paired application or a compatible heart rate monitor is connected), workout repetitions, exercises, weights and equipment used.
User-generated content. Any content or materials you post or upload on our services (e.g., on team feeds or leaderboards), such as posts, messages, images, audio, hashtags/tags, photos, or videos, as described in the sections related to user-generated content in our Terms and Community Guidelines.
Paired applications: Third-party applications and accounts and other applications that you link to your account. We allow you to link your account with third parties (e.g., devices, applications, APIs integrated with the service). (or website) connection. If you choose to link other companies’ devices or accounts to your account, or participate in services in collaboration with third parties, we may, with your consent, collect information about your use of the connected devices to better enable you to use our services. Activity trackers are an example of connected devices, and music streaming services are an example of connected accounts. The information collected by these third parties is subject to their terms and policies and to the privacy choices you have recorded with those third parties.
Feedback and support communication records. We record details of all communications/interactions between you and us, including when you contact our support team by phone, email, online chatbot, video call, or text message, or communicate with us through social media channels or community forums. We may record support calls ourselves or with the assistance of service providers for training, analysis, and monitoring purposes, and to help resolve issues. We will inform you before recording and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent to the collection of these recordings. Our online chat service provider records the information you submit in the chatbot and any conversations you have with customer service representatives, and may use the chat data to improve our chat services. We collect, retain, and use feedback and support communication records as needed for business purposes to receive and process your feedback or questions, and for training purposes.
Quiz, test, survey, and evaluation information. Any information you voluntarily provide to us or our service providers (or otherwise publish), such as setting fitness goals, testing new services, completing surveys, or providing feedback on… Evaluating products and/or services/providing testimonials, etc. We may collect this information to understand your opinions, better promote our services, gather useful information related to our business, and develop new services.
Promotional, sweepstakes, and contest information. Any information you provide when participating in any promotions, sweepstakes, and/or contests we conduct, such as answers to contest questions.
Sensitive personal information. We process sensitive personal information to provide services, fulfill our legal obligations, or exercise specific rights permitted by law. The definition of sensitive personal information depends on the jurisdiction and your location, but health information, biometric data, precise geolocation data, and information related to race, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs may be considered sensitive information in some regions. Please also see the “Your Privacy Rights and Preferences” section below.
By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge that you will not disclose sensitive personal information to us through our services or in any way related to our services unless we explicitly request you to disclose it.
Other information. Any other information you may provide to us when using our services and/or interacting with us in other ways.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels, tags/web beacons, scripts, and social media plugins (collectively, “Cookies”), to collect and use your personal information from your browser, device, and our communications records (e.g., emails), including for analytics purposes and to serve you interest-based advertising. For example, Cookies are used to help us understand how you navigate our content and to help us track items you add to your shopping cart, including when you abandon your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS (see also “SMS” below). We may also use device identifiers, web storage, analytics services provided by third parties (such as session replay services), and other similar technologies and services to collect information about your interactions with our content and services. Session replay services include an analytics application that allows us to capture and analyze your interactions with our services to better identify and fix any technical errors and optimize our services. Such technologies and services provided by third parties may observe or record your activity while using our services, including streaming history and behavior, email interactions and behavior, certain actions, scrolling, duration of visits, clicks, and other interactions.
Please also note that you can opt out, and we will respect certain technologies that signal opt-out preferences, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). This occurs on browsers and/or browser extensions that support such signals. This request will only be associated with your browser identifier.
You can control app data sharing, including location information, by uninstalling the app or by withdrawing your consent through your device settings. Please visit “Preferences” in your profile to control the sharing of location information. You can also reset your device’s advertising ID at any time through your device’s operating system settings.
- Fitness Data
“Fitness Data” refers to any information related to your fitness performance and/or workouts, including power zone information, effort score, calories burned, distance traveled, workout duration, and heart rate (if you consent to connecting a heart rate monitor). Fitness Data also includes data that you allow us to receive (“read”) and send (“write”) from paired applications. We do not use your fitness data for identification purposes.
Why do we process your information? Analyzing Your Performance: As part of our core service, we use fitness data to compare your past and present performance and provide you with analysis on your progress over time.
Providing you with insights and recommendations.
will not disclose, re-disclose, or otherwise disseminate fitness data unless:
Authorized by you or your authorized representative; if you connect your account to a paired application, you authorize to use data from the paired application in the same way we use data;
Required by a valid search warrant or subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction; or
Required by applicable law to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, wherever a court is acting in a judicial capacity.
- International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, Australia, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Recipients of such information may be located in any country where has business operations, as well as other locations where our vendors and partners may transfer data, details of which are available upon request.
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, particularly with respect to any international transfers. This includes implementing intra-group data sharing agreements that contain safeguards and protections to govern any use of your personal information by our group entities and incorporating the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, requiring all group companies to protect relevant information in accordance with EU and UK data protection laws.
We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable legal requirements when transferring personal information to other countries, such as using binding corporate rules, standard contractual clauses, and other data transfer mechanisms; where applicable, we also rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions for certain countries outside the European Economic Area for data transfers with our third-party service providers and partners. - Your Privacy Rights and Preferences
At , we always put our members first and respect your right to exercise your privacy rights and choices. We strive to give you as much control as possible over the personal data we collect about you to ensure its accuracy and reflect your preferences. Depending on your country or US state, we respect your rights to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict processing, and delete your personal data. Please note that these rights do not always apply, and there are some exceptions. Please also note that, where permitted by law, we will continue to retain some of your personal data even after we have fulfilled your deletion request, and this information may not be removed from s systems. Examples of when we may retain your personal information include:
Completing transactions for which the personal information was collected, fulfilling written warranties or product recall terms under applicable law, providing goods or services you have requested or that are reasonably anticipated within our ongoing business relationship, or fulfilling a contract between you and;
Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecuting those responsible for that activity;
Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; and/or
Complying with legal obligations, existing search warrants, or litigation hold requirements.
We will verify your identity before processing your request. If we are unable to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to make a request on behalf of another person, we may not be able to respond to your request or provide you with your personal data.
Please note that if you delete an account associated with any of our services, this will result in the deletion of all accounts associated with the same email address and all related information (including workouts, achievements, and Club information).
7.1 Consent
If we collect and process your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time in the “Preferences” section of your profile or by contacting us using the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section below. Please note that withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
- Information Security
We will take measures to ensure that your information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures (the specific measures depending on the sensitivity of the personal information) designed to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, or access to personal information.
- Legal Basis for Processing The legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above depends on the personal information involved, the applicable law, and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will generally only collect your personal information where: (i) we need the personal information to perform a contract with you (for example, to provide our services); (ii) the processing is in our legitimate business interests and your rights do not override those interests; or (iii) we have obtained your consent. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect your personal information or may need the personal information to protect your or another person’s vital interests.
If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear to you at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory (and the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information).
If we collect and use your personal information based on our (or any third party’s) legitimate business interests, this is typically for operating our services, communicating with you as necessary to provide you with services, and for our own legitimate business interests, such as responding to your inquiries, improving our products and services, conducting marketing activities, or detecting and preventing illegal activities. We may have other legitimate interests, and we will make these clear to you at the relevant time.

- Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children and are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction, and we will not collect your personal information if you do not meet the age requirements specified in our Terms of Service.
If we discover that we have collected personal data from a minor child, we will immediately delete that personal data.
